Anxiety
Fears and phobias, panic attacks or social anxiety can greatly limit your possibilities and reduce your quality of life. I work with you to identify the causes of your specific fears and develop practical steps to resolve them, so you can be free from those fears that stop you living your life to the full.
Depression
Depression is much more than just “feeling a bit down”. Being depressed makes you unable to enjoy your life and makes it very difficult to take any kind of positive action. Together, we will look at the origins of your depression and find individual strategies for you to lift yourself out of being depressed and being able to enjoy your life again.
Relationship Problems
Relationship conflicts and marital difficulties are among very common concerns that can cause a lot of suffering for all involved – and it is often very difficult to find a solution, because the sources and patterns of relationship problems aren’t always as obvious as it may seem. We will look to identify what the real causes of your problems are and how to constructively change patterns of relating, so you can be happy together and enjoy the presence of each other.
Separation and Divorce
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, relationships break down. It can be an extremely difficult challenge to adjust to the new life after separation or divorce, to cope with the past and reorient yourself towards a different future.
Together, we will work to let go fo the baggage of the past, deal with the painful emotions of the present and free up new pathways into a meaningful and happy future.
Stress and Burnout
Sometimes it is hard to pin down what is really going on, but you know you are stressed or you simply feel you are burned out. Stress is a pervasive issue in our fast-paced and complex world and the rate of people with burnout syndrome from their stressful and / or unfulfilling jobs is on the rise.
We will work on identifying what exactly is causing you stress, how to reduce stress and relieve stress symptoms, how to prevent burnout or recover from it quickly. You will discover stress management techniques and coping strategies that work for you and that enable you to feel good again and live a creative and productive life.
